These terms and this privacy policy apply to deliverabottle.ca and to orders placed with Deliver a Bottle ("we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Part 1: Terms of Service

Who can order

You must be 19 or older, the legal drinking age in Ontario.
Valid government-issued photo ID is checked at the door on every delivery.
No valid ID, no delivery.
We will not deliver to anyone who appears intoxicated.

Our service

We sell alcohol online and deliver it to addresses in Mississauga, Brampton, Etobicoke, Oakville, Milton and Georgetown.

Delivery hours are Monday to Saturday, 9 PM to 5 AM, and Sunday, 8 PM to 5 AM.

Most orders arrive within 30 to 60 minutes. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
Taxes and delivery fees are shown at checkout before you pay.
Promotional codes apply only as described when the offer is published.
We may cancel or refuse an order for pricing errors, unavailable stock, suspected fraud, or if delivery cannot be completed.

Cancellations, refunds and returns

You can cancel an order free of charge before it is dispatched for delivery.
Because this is alcohol, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.
If you receive the wrong item, or an item that is damaged or leaking, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund it.
If we cannot complete a delivery because valid ID is not shown or the recipient appears intoxicated, the order may be cancelled. Any refund is at our discretion.

Responsible service

We do not sell or deliver alcohol to anyone under 19. Please drink responsibly.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or our service.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Ontario consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

Changes

We may update these terms and this policy. The date at the top shows when they were last changed.

Part 2: Privacy Policy

What we collect

Your name, email address, phone number and delivery address.
Your order details and order history.
Payment details, which are handled by our payment provider. We do not see or store your full card number.
Basic website data, such as your device, browser and the pages you view, collected through cookies and similar tools.
Your marketing preferences.

Our delivery staff check your photo ID at the door to confirm your age.

How we use it

To process, deliver and support your orders.
To confirm your age and prevent fraud.
To contact you about your order.
To keep our website working and improve it.
To send marketing, only if you have agreed to receive it.

Email and text marketing

We send promotional emails or texts only with your consent, in line with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails, or by replying STOP to a text.

Messages about your order are not marketing and may still be sent.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the store. These include our online store platform, payment processors, delivery providers, and email, text and analytics tools. They may only use it to provide those services.

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information where the law requires it.

Some providers may store data outside Canada.

Keeping your information

We keep your information only as long as needed for orders, accounting and legal reasons. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is completely secure.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw your marketing consent, at any time.
